And thats how you made the perfect ''pastel de choclo''... oh and the most important sugar in the top, then it caramelize and its awesome

''Pastel de Choclo'' its simple, beautifull, sweet, salty, with meat and corn. Thats my favorit food and the only person who can made it its my granmother, because its the best, sometimes traveling or when i gonna eat in some restauran i always ask for ''pastel de choclo'' and any restaurant can offer such incredible dish, my grandmother always do like 30 every year and she keeps in the freezer. This year she come to my aparment with my uncle and give me 2 of them... so delicious. In our family we have the tradicion to luch every sunday in my grandmothers home and whe its time off corn, we work together.
